Returns
- Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Custom orders, due to their unique nature, cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo an inspection. Upon approval, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value, and the customer will be responsible for any difference in cost.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, FenceGuys will cover the return shipping costs.
